Summary

The checklist still described the initial formatting sweep as unpublished, although PR #114 merged the sweep and its tooling together. Rerunning C#, Prettier, and shfmt over the merged tree produced no changes. Update the checklist and permanent validation record to reflect that completed sweep and its successful Windows and hosted Ubuntu checks.

Testing

  • pwsh ./scripts/check.ps1 format -Fix -Serial passed on main commit f8db700; git diff --exit-code confirmed no formatter changes.
  • pwsh ./scripts/check.ps1 content and git diff --check passed after the documentation edits.
  • Verified that PR Codex/foundation section 14 content #114 head d5e0bb6 and merge commit f8db700 have identical Git trees. Its Ubuntu CI job passed the full gate, including seven content regression groups and 72 .NET tests.

Notes for reviewers

This follow-up changes only completion status and verification evidence; the mechanical formatting is already in main. The external-link schedule remains separately unverified. No application services or deployments were started for this work.

AI-assisted: Codex verified the merge and CI evidence, ran the local checks, and authored and inspected these documentation changes.
