Add 1,192 complete-body x64 runtime records requiring outgoing reference evidence and 9,507 records queried only by established incoming names. Refine 32 existing records across seven files with missing import/vftable metadata; preserve their byte patterns and public names. Native .npat parts remain separate from ordinary .pat coverage and use the same format, architecture and toolset selection.

The manifests retain the compiler-library archive/file hashes, all 18 raw collision sources, exact generator options and output hashes. Selection checks short, discarded and cross-version counterclaims, preserves complete reference alternatives, and avoids duplicating owned claims except where an audited incoming record supplies missing context. No imported candidate is an automatic source identity.

Requires NeverD #1770 for native constraints and incoming evidence; older directory readers ignore .npat files. Update the probe evaluator to mirror the core's incoming-candidate precedence and alias ordering.

Validation: all output and raw-evidence hashes verified; 233 collector/evaluator tests passed (2 environment-dependent skips). Across 23 stripped MAP-backed probes, the companion core/data combination adds 1,365 correct candidate addresses with no newly wrong candidates, no lost correct results, and no automatic names. The primary tracked gap set improves from 4/161 to 134/161. This does not eliminate existing candidate errors or establish universal recognition/performance superiority.
