Summary
Fixes two deterministic config-validation defects:
embodiment_tagerrors referenced nonexistentdataset_pathinstead ofdataset_paths, causingAttributeError;ActionConfigentries were created with list multiplication, so all entries referenced the same mutable object.Tests
Adds regression coverage for both behaviors
