Summary

• bump the Modelica package version and dates to 0.2.0 / 2026-08-09
• add the 0.2.0 package revision entry
• document the QSS initialization, complete mass properties, frame/sign/alignment corrections, and expanded CI coverage in the changelog

Release scope

This is a minor release because it adds the public QSSInitializationRecord and complete symmetric-axle mass-property utility, alongside the vetted physics corrections merged in PRs #11-#21.

Pre-PR validation

• Ruff: passed
• Modelica formatting: passed
• fast pytest suite: 31 passed, 108 OpenModelica-dependent checks skipped in that intentionally non-OMC pass
• OpenModelica smoke translation: VehicleFMI, VehicleSim, FourPostSim, VehicleSimAnimationOn, and MF52PureSlipSmoke passed

The manual full OpenModelica Release Gate will be run against this exact release commit before merge and tag publication.
