• Rename the published package and workspace paths from evid to evidence.
• Rename public Evidence-prefixed types, imports, CLI, docs, scripts, and test fixtures.
• Update package manifests, lockfile, README, and OG image branding.

• pnpm install --lockfile-only --offline
• JSON manifest parsing
• git diff --check
• CI will run on this draft PR.
