❓ What Actually Happened

Here, the "Notification Settings" window is used as an example.

After testing, the same issue also occurs in other windows with sidebar sliders, such as "Hotkey Settings".

Additionally, when the mouse hovers over the erroneous UI, there is a chance that the misaligned hidden controls will be refreshed and become visible.

📝 Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Right-click the tray icon to open the menu, and sequentially select: "Preset Management" — "Notification Settings".
2. Scroll down the menu using the mouse wheel or the slider on the right side.
