  • After Treq creates a stacked PR, post or edit one comment on each open PR in the stack listing the merge order, so every reviewer sees it
  • Add the repository setting "Post stack comments on pull requests", on by default. With it off, Treq posts and edits nothing
  • A failed comment only shows a warning toast and never fails PR creation. Docs cover the comment, the setting, and the GitHub disclosure
