docs: Add the social card, sitemap hints and orphaned Learn pages - #717

- Add the 1200x630 Treq social card that themeConfig.image already pointed at, and drop its TODO. - robots.txt names the sitemap and disallows /sign-in and /integrations/; the sitemap skips the same routes. - Add the force-with-lease, reflog, zdiff3 and deleted-branch recovery pages to the Learn sidebar, in the order their index pages use. - Delete unreferenced Docusaurus template components and images.
