…tories getGitRemoteUrl, getPrChecksViaGh and the PR-status cache/poller wrappers ran `git`/`gh` against a local directory at the remote path. For a remote repository they now return empty results through `localReadOr`, and the poller never starts. openOrCreateWorkspaceFromPr is asserted local.
