Adds ImageTestSuite coverage and expectations for GIF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. Expands decoder support across JPEG, PNG Adam7/16-bit handling, and TIFF metadata/data-format handling while keeping malformed corpus files as clean rejects or no-crash cases. Adds QOI sRGB-to-linear handling for issue #545.
