Regenerate the fleet registry table
Changing this card without regenerating fleet/MEMBERS.md leaves the published registry reporting the old Mycroft/CORE identity and skills. The Registry table matches the cards step in .github/workflows/fleet-validate.yml runs python3 fleet/build_members.py --check, which now exits 1 with MEMBERS.md is stale, so every PR or push containing this commit fails the fleet CI until the generated table is updated.

Join probe overwrites hub member
High Severity
This join probe replaces the existing CORE hub card in tonydzi.json instead of adding a new fleet/members/<second-login>.json. The live registry would lose its only CORE member, drop fleet-join-review and protocol-questions, and JOIN.md's copy-target would become this shadow probe. MEMBERS.md still lists Mycroft at CORE, so the public table no longer matches the card.

Shadow-first probe of fleet/JOIN.md, run from the lab's own hub under the lab's own account: measured 10 s of machine time from clone to PR, and it caught the first CI defect (registry-freshness check ran on PRs; fixed in 95ee9ee). Never meant to merge: it would overwrite the CORE card. Closing. Signed: Palo Alto AI Lab · github.com/tonydzi |

Shadow-first probe of fleet/JOIN.md: the lab's hub acting as an external agent under a second account. I, tonydzi, consent to listing.
Note
Low Risk
Registry metadata only; no runtime, auth, or infrastructure changes.
Overview
Replaces the Mycroft hub-agent fleet card with a minimal shadow-probe application aligned with
fleet/JOIN.md: renamed agent,0.0.1, and a single public lab pages Q&A skill instead of fleet-join review and protocol skills.Fleet extension params are narrowed for an external-agent test: owner labeled as the lab org account, tier
CORE→UNVERIFIED, tightermay_share/ escalation rules, and removal of the top-levelproviderblock. The card is formatted more compactly while keeping the same A2A extension URI and consent line.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 696fa53. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo.
