CI built tlapm with OCaml 4.14.1, an old patch release of the 4.14 long-term support branch. Use the latest patch release of the branch instead, so that CI runs on the version that receives fixes. CI and the release workflows built tlapm with OCaml 5.1.0, an old release. Use the latest OCaml release instead, and update the example in DEVELOPING.md to match. [CI][Build] Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Markus Alexander Kuppe <github.com@lemmster.de>

CI and the release workflows used OCaml 4.14.1 and 5.1.0, both old releases. Move the 4.14 build to the latest patch release of that long-term support branch, and the 5.x builds and DEVELOPING.md to the latest OCaml release.
