Serial Tuner GUI written in Python

Install instruction:

For windows

Download and install python 2.7 32-bit version
Download and install python serial package
To verify your installation, open a python console and type "import serial", if no error occured, then installation is completed

For mac and linux

Nothing to do at all! cuz we are pro :P
