Add links to Github's community profile checklist items where appropriate

GitHub now offers a community profile on every repo. Some of the checklist items overlap with the Standard.
I propose we mention Github's built-in option where relevant, since Github:

• offers templates and supports for minimum compliance (so maintainers can self-serve)
• seems to be encouraging potential contributors to check community profile status when deciding whether to join

Do GitLab or other Github competitors offer anything similar?

Good idea, it makes a lot of sense to tip about these, as implementing them moves one closer to compliance, and if done well, meets several requirements.

I don't think I have seen something similar at other repo hosts.
