The repo is called implementation, while the content title has changed to companion. Changing the repo name will break incoming links. Is this worth working around? Or just pull the trigger?

As far as I can tell, there's no documentation explaining why the name was changed. Changing the title (not the repo name) or adding an explanation that it's about implementation in a companionable way (or whatever the logic was) would be the quickest fix.

I wouldn't bother working around it, as often repo renames and transfers are handled automatically by GitHub's tooling, but even if it is not handled automatically, there aren't too many incoming links out there yet

I would have no problem changing the title to match the repo.

I don't think it remains important to ensure a lot of conceptual distance between community provided examples of how things have been done and some form of prescribed, "codified" process for doing something.

Is there anyone that has a domain name host that allows multiple users to edit DNS for a domain? Mine doesn't...

In the past, we used gandi.net for the standard and related repositories; it allowed multiple accounts (e.g.: either Jan or me) to edit DNS entries for the organisation.
