NODDI priors_ventricles mask #1313

Description

@Joanasousa03

Hi, everyone.

I'm trying to use scil_NODDI_priors to have a mask of the ventricles, making use of fa_max_ventricles and md_min_ventricles values.
However, it always misses voxels that are within the interval of FA and MD values I chose for the ventricles. It seems like a perfect crop of the ventricles mask, and I'm wondering what the problem is.

I'm attaching an example.
For this mask I used fa_max_ventricles = 0.7 and md_min_ventricles = 0.0018, and as you can see there's voxels outside the mask within these values...
If anyone could help me :)
