I found a bug in most LUT.txt output. There is a doublon left_cerebellum_cortex. Missing a right_cerebellum cortex.
Files that have this issue:

  • atlas_brainnetome_v5_LUT.txt
  • glasser

@arnaudbore or @frheault probably an easy fix. Thanks
