Adds Debugging connections to the liblsl docs (Using liblsl section):

  • Check the basics: lslver/lsl_library_info(), matching configuration, logging.
  • Watch the traffic with tcpdump (from Linux network debugging documentation #177): the commands for discovery/time-sync (UDP) and data (TCP), what each kind of packet looks like, and why listening tools such as socat bound to 16571 are misleading (they can receive unicast queries meant for outlets).
  • Talk to an outlet by hand (from the For discussion - Ideas for outlet optimizations #144 thread): LSL:fullinfo via nc, and a small pylsl script that prints a streamfeed handshake for nc, useful to inspect the response or load-test an outlet with a near zero-cost consumer. Corrected from the original: the value size for strings is 0 (not 32), lines end in CRLF, and the input must stay open (sleep) because many nc versions close the connection at end of input. Plus the pitfalls (Value-Size mismatch → protocol 1.00, Outlet ignores the inlet's Data-Protocol-Version header (header name mismatch) #328, 404 after a restart).

Tested locally against a pylsl outlet: 200 OK with data protocol 1.10, the test patterns, then ~83 samples/s of 17 bytes each; LSL:fullinfo and TCP LSL:shortinfo return the XML. No Sphinx warnings.

Closes #177

Check versions, configuration and the log; watch discovery, time-sync
and data traffic with tcpdump (instead of socat, which binds to the
discovery port and can take unicast queries, #177); fetch an outlet's
full info and request its data with nc and a small pylsl script that
builds the streamfeed handshake (from the #144 thread, corrected: string
value size is 0, CRLF line ends, input kept open). Tested against a
local outlet.
