- Add Pixi workspace for linux-64 and osx-arm64.
- Have 'default' environment not include Jupyter dependencies for better integration with Binder and have the default environment for running be the 'jupyter' environment.
- For reproducibility of the Binder environment, dynamically create the environment from the Pixi lock file.
- Add Pixi use instructions.
