I'm an economist from PUCP based in Lima, Perú. I'm driven by one question: what explains this pattern, and what does the evidence say? I care about the whole path from question to decision: framing the problem, choosing a defensible method, building a reproducible pipeline, and communicating the result so it supports a decision.
At CENTRUM PUCP I work in research analytics, where I turn bibliometric data from multiple sources into the indicators used for research intelligence and international accreditation (AACSB, EQUIS). I designed the relational database behind them, automated the ETL in Python (a 3-day update cycle now runs in 5 minutes), and documented the system so anyone can reproduce it. That experience also sparked my interest in higher education as a field to study.
Before that, I led the marketing area of Revista Económica PUCP, using data analysis and dashboards to guide editorial decisions.
