In development, it would be nice to have a set of data / "stuff" to populate the database with in case we need to wipe it due to db structural changes. This will also be useful in that we can have content filled in for us to play around with during testing instead of manually having to upload pictures and exam reviews (etc.) to test when necessary.
I do foresee a possible issue in that we probably don't want the test stuff clogging up the live site, though, truth be told, the test stuff we could use really wouldn't be much. Just a couple of PDFs and pictures.
