• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, API integrations, and CRM automation
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
• Experience in SEO and making ourselves and our flight schools be known online
• Creative and modern design sense to drive conversions
• Ability to build, optimize, and maintain end-to-end solutions
• Comfortable managing webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrations
