Document RHDH 2.1 plugin customization capabilities for the New Frontend System, including:

Static plugin removal (breaking change): All static plugins removed, migration guide provided
Entity page customization: Disable/reorder tabs and cards via app.extensions
Core plugins as dynamic: Catalog, scaffolder, search, user-settings, app-visualizer load dynamically
User settings extensibility: Plugins can add custom tabs to user settings page
