Add a recipe for agents to answer with an isketch link - #109

An agent sent to isketch.online/new saw an empty app shell and went looking for a publish API that is not hosted. The editor page, llms.txt, the landing page and the Claude Code skill now say how to write .flow and hand back a #flow= link. The hosted /mcp is described as a server you run, since isketch.online does not serve it yet.
