README examples pass CLI flags; a renamed/removed option in either parser would make the documented commands fail.
改动
tests/test_qvae_cell_readme_flags.py（新增 1 个用例：仅提取代码围栏内的 flag 并与两个脚本的add_argument集合比较）验证
--metrics clustering→--metric-group clustering（锚点唯一）→ 1 failed；随后还原；pylint -E10.00/10。文档
测试即契约（见各用例 docstring）。
