Adds initial support for MSX-AUDIO to WebMSX, including a new MBSTEREO preset for easier configuration and testing.
The implementation is functional and compatible with software using MSX-AUDIO, but there are still behavioural and audio differences compared to the implementation in openMSX that need further investigation and refinement.
