Well there has to be graphics or we wouldn't be interested in it and it has to have transparency to give the illusion of layers. Oh and interpreted Pounce code mixed with a UI to draw. Keeping it to simple stripes of color, then maybe later go wavey and moving. Above all "keep having fun with it!"
