Feature request: Search for pack.ini as well as Pack.ini

Most operating systems excluding Windows are not case-sensitive in file names, so pack.ini and Pack.ini are two different files, resulting in DeadSync not finding it.

Is this really true? I definitely have a mix of both on Mac, but it seems to find both of them just fine

It is on Linux at least. MacOS might do some conversion behind-the-scenes.
