Contributor vouch request – Goldilocks compatibility scraper

Hi Plural team,

I would like to contribute a new Goldilocks compatibility scraper under the Contributor Program.

I already prepared the implementation and opened PR #4317, which was automatically closed because my GitHub account is not yet vouched.

The contribution adds:

• Goldilocks compatibility metadata
• an automated compatibility scraper using the official Fairwinds Helm index
• manifest registration
• focused tests and source/provenance documentation

Could a maintainer please review this request and vouch @ranvirjrj-beep so I can reopen/resubmit the contribution?
