Factor out an offset paragraph component to use in both text input and bufferdisplay

currently, the file input does not implement the functionality of horizontal scrolling. it's supposed to be a file input, the relative file path should not be longer than the terminal width, but it could be accomplished with a little refactoring. it's probably going to be needed later anyway
