Both queue overview pages build date-only API parameters by slicing UTC ISO strings from local dates. In positive-offset time zones this can move the start/end date back a day. Their month/year subtraction also overflows short months: March 31 minus one month becomes March 3 instead of February 28.
Use local calendar formatting and date-fns
subMonths/subYearsin the ecosystem and TPC queue pages. Explicit custom date strings remain unchanged.Validation: 14 component tests pass in each of Asia/Shanghai, UTC, and America/Los_Angeles (42 executions). The Shanghai baseline fails 8 of 14 cases. Tests render both real queue components and inspect the parameters sent to their data hooks, covering early/late local hours, month ends, leap day, the fixed history start, and custom dates. API/chart/UI providers are isolated; no live queue service. Node 22.12.0.
