8023814: Test java/awt/im/memoryleak/InputContextMemoryLeakTest.java fails

Backporting JDK-8023814: Test java/awt/im/memoryleak/InputContextMemoryLeakTest.java fails.

This PR removes InputContextMemoryLeakTest from the ProblemList and fixes the test to properly dispose the frame.

For parity with Oracle JDK.

Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:

make test TEST=test/jdk/java/awt/im/memoryleak/InputContextMemoryLeakTest.java

Results:

linux-x64-specific-test.log
linux-aarch64-specific-test.log
