#92 `just test` runs `cargo nextest run`, but CONTRIBUTING.md did not list `cargo-nextest` as a required tool. An agent or developer setting up the repo for the first time would encounter a confusing `cargo: no such subcommand: nextest` error instead of a clear missing-prerequisite message. Added the entry alongside the other prerequisites with the canonical install command (`cargo install cargo-nextest --locked`). Closes #92
