Attach real split FIFO readers before releasing selected source execution.
Close a finite admitted prefix from every output source before resize, and
reject wake events from replaced readers.

After the existing process cleanup peer succeeds, close keepalives, observe
both EOFs, join readers and remove owned paths before input_closed. Preserve
the original cleanup deadline through adapter completion and final output.

Validation: full Python CI; Go race/coverage and vet; amd64 build and arm64
compilation; generated consumers; ten native proof families on genuinely
qualified Bash5.2.15/5.2.37/5.3.9 Linux amd64; six behavior counterproofs and
four exact-source completed-write scheduling cases. Actual descendant cleanup
and census remain B6.3; ARM64 compilation does not grant qualification.
