This path syntax is no longer recognized by the latest powershell

Reproduction Steps

get latest pwsh and try ./build.ps1

Expected Behavior

nuke run

Actual Behavior

nuke failed, can't find _build.csproj

FWIW: $BuildProjectFile = Join-Path $PSScriptRoot 'build/_build.csproj' This is actually no option. Because this prevents the :add-package globaltool command.
(:add-package under the hood greps the value of this $BuildProjectFile variable. So: C# trying to add the nuget package to the file " Join-Path $PSScriptRoot 'build/_build.csproj'" which is utterly wrong.
