Add proper service authentication

Services should have tokens exclusive to them and the monitoring service should check for those. That way random data can't be sent in.

Ombi uses an Access-Token that gets set as a header.

Servarr services use basic auth.

Plex doesn't support auth 🤦‍♂️ so I'm going to table this one for now.
