I don't see any package.lock changes from the npm audit fix. maybe that's the earthdata-search file? Otherwise I'd approve

Overview
What is the feature?
We want to make it clear that the AI Enhanced Search is experimental. Ways we discussed doing this was by changing the word NEW to BETA and adding a sub-heading right underneath the search bar that says 'he AI Enhanced Search is experimental and can make mistakes".
Talked with the team a little more about this. We decided change the verbiage just a bit. AI Enhanced Search --> Enhanced.
Disclaimer now says "Disclaimer: Enhanced search uses an LLM to parse your query and may make mistakes"
What is the Solution?
Added BETA label next to Enhanced Toggle. Added Disclaimer on very bottom with Enhanced Toggle is active
Also npm audit fix : Went from 52 vulnerabilities (6 low, 18 moderate, 26 high, 2 critical) to 37 vulnerabilities (6 low, 18 moderate, 13 high)
