- New `mergetopus consolidate [SOURCE]` subcommand - Status shows Merged/Unmerged column for kokomeco branches - `mergetopus pr create/sync/list` includes kokomeco PRs - `mergetopus push --pr` creates kokomeco PR - Fixed read-tree approach so deletion resolutions are reflected in kokomeco
