Hi @ligogeorget, thank you for the report! We are using free OSS plan from https://cloudsmith.com and just a day ago we ran out of download bandwidth limits. I don't think we can increase them without switching to a paid plan, which is not planned currently unless we start charging the users.

You can still get the precompiled packages directly from the releases page (e.g. https://github.com/mull-project/mull/releases/tag/0.34.0) and install them directly (e.g. dpkg -i mull.deb) which will resolve the dependencies and should provide similar experience.

I'd also recommend caching the package somewhere in your intranet to avoid disruptions caused by GitHub's instability.
