mull 19 fails (ends with an error) more often than mull 18

I have been using Mull 18 for a while, and it works pretty well.
I am now adding mull 19 to have extra coverage or update, however, it fails quite more often than mull 18.

There is no error message, just the mysterious stderr: ''.

To be fair mull 18 also fails, but less often (and randomly):

I presume the versions are the same? Recently I did some separation of the code, so there shouldn't be any difference between mull-18 and mull-19 (or any other mull-XX version), but I will take a closer look when I get a chance.

That's not certificate issue, but the cloudsmith.io limitation we've hit recently #1189 (comment)
