fix(core): preserve setup prop types in template context

Summary

• preserve contextual setup(props) typing from component properties and mixins.properties
• reuse a shared SetupFunction type between raw option capture and ComponentOpt
• disable semantic capability on the duplicated raw-options mapping
• add automated and F5 manual regression coverage
• add repository Agent guidance for future editor-visible bugs
