chore: include morpho-sdk in entrypoint changeset#864

Add @morpho-org/morpho-sdk to the existing entrypoint metadata changeset so the release PR also bumps the maintained dependent package. This addresses the review thread on PR #863 that noted morpho-sdk has runtime workspace dependencies on blue-sdk and blue-sdk-viem.
