add mojo-wayland recipe

hey @Phelsong, looks like the build is failing because the license file gets added twice: recipes/mojo-wayland/LICENSE is in the recipe folder and license_file: LICENSE also picks up the one from your repo, so rattler-build errors with File already exists: info/licenses/LICENSE

should be an easy fix, just dropping the LICENSE from the recipe folder should do it! To make it easier to know what's ready for review I'm closing PRs with failing builds, please reopen when you've had a chance to update this 🙂
