Delete draft after upload
Adds a "Delete draft after upload" toggle to the upload success modal in the merged video screen. The toggle is enabled by default. When enabled, tapping Done, Open Video, or dismissing the modal will delete the draft and its associated files. When disabled, the draft is preserved.
Closes #321
