• Drop ESLint

  Remove ESLint from the JavaScript preset stack. It survives only for rules oxlint cannot yet express: the eslint-plugin-vue surface, Tailwind class ordering, and unknown-class detection. When oxlint covers those, the whole ESLint dependency tree goes away -- including the Vue plugins that non-Vue repositories currently pull in as transitive dependencies. Each issue here tracks one blocker; the milestone closes when all are resolved.
