Support custom reply-to in newsletter

An email newsletter subscriber for my blog tried replying to the email they received, and got an SMTP error. The reply-to address was [username]@mataroa.blog, which seems to be generated at this line.

It would be awesome if we could specify a reply-to address so that email subscribers can reply directly to the email if they want.
