it'd be nice to get atcute published on JSR.
I've looked into this prior, and the blocker was that you weren't able to publish packages containing module augmentation.
safe to say we still do, but now it's only relegated for XRPC operations (for @atcute/client as it doesn't do validation, but still need to grab a list somewhere) and records (nifty!).
there are some other packages that don't rely on any of the definition packages which might be good to publish as well.
