@luau-project IMO just keep it simple and keep bumping the action as vX otherwise now you'll have to have a definition of semantics for major/minor versions. |

Since this Lua 5.4.9 release does not bring too much fresh food for the meal, I am thinking to push a new tag
v13.1taking into consideration that the latest published tag isv13.What do you think?
Note: I'd also update docs on README of both repos (here and
gh-actions-luarocks).
