Summary

• Replace localstack/awslocal invocations with lstk across the Makefile, README, and both CI workflows.
• Add a checked-in .lstk/config.toml with type = \"snowflake\" carrying the image/env settings the legacy CLI passed via IMAGE_NAME/DOCKER_FLAGS.
• Cloud Pods: localstack pod save/load smart-factory-app → lstk snapshot save/load pod:smart-factory-app (pod verified to exist on the platform).

Testing

• CI workflow run on this branch.

CI status: the migration itself works — install, lstk start (Snowflake emulator via .lstk/config.toml), seed, deploy, and 37/39 dbt tests pass. The 2 failing dbt tests (table_not_empty_*) find empty tables, i.e. the S3→Snowpipe ingestion produced no rows — the upload path is an untouched boto3 script, and main's scheduled CI has been failing since May, so this is pre-existing emulator-side drift, unrelated to the CLI migration.
