unnamed_pipe IPC example

It would be nice to have an example of the actual interprocess (i.e. {std,tokio}::process::Command) use of named_pipe; the current ones are only between Tokio tasks/threads, where of course you can move the handle.

While it works flawlessly on Linux, passing handles from parent process to child process doesn't seem to work as easily on Windows. I still haven't figured out how to make it work on Windows with the sync API, I keep getting invalid handle errors.

I'm digging into the library code to find out if Windows-specific functions were called to make the handles inheritable, which is very time-consuming.

Having a functional example would be exceptional.

EDIT: For anyone else wondering, despite what the documentation claiming handles are inheritable, on Windows this has to be used to pass a handle to a child process:
